    Ijust send a letter a out my background to the attention of Mandy Hiscocks in talking about the way the mentally ill are treated in jail & the stigma they face including ppl such as Howard Hyde,Ashley Smith, Robert Dzjienski .Also as well as the fact that under the Harper govt jails have become the new mental hospitals.The stigma of the mentally ill have a long,long was to go and I sent her my journeys as well.I do hope that she receives these and maybe hopefully will answer back.It should be there in a couple of days as of May 20th 2013.Thanks,Paul
